Disney World opened on 17 July 1955 with 18 major attractions. Today, there are more than 60 adventures and attractions.

Over 600 million guests have passed through the gates of Disney World since opening day.

More than 30 different languages are spoken by Disney World cast members, including Russian, Hindi and Portuguese.
